Refund Policy

1. Digital Goods — All Sales Final After Delivery

The Products sold on the Service are digital goods delivered electronically. Once the credentials or access data for an order have been revealed to you on your order page, that purchase is considered delivered and is non-refundable. This is because digital credentials cannot be “returned” once disclosed.

2. When You Are Eligible for a Refund

A refund or replacement is available only in these cases:

• Paid but not delivered: your wallet was charged for an order that was never delivered and cannot be fulfilled.
• Verifiably defective on delivery: a delivered Product is non-functional at the moment of delivery (e.g. invalid or already-banned credentials), and you report it promptly with evidence.

Defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Issues arising from your own use after delivery — including account suspensions caused by how a Product is used, or changes made by the underlying third-party platform — are not eligible.

3. How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are issued as a credit to your internal USD wallet balance, which you can use for future purchases. Because cryptocurrency deposits are irreversible, we do not refund to the original cryptocurrency wallet. Where a replacement is more appropriate, we may offer an equivalent Product instead of a wallet credit.

4. How to Request a Refund

Contact us at support@infralabs.store with your order ID and a description of the issue (and evidence, for defect claims). We aim to review requests within a few business days and will notify you of the outcome.

5. Chargebacks & Abuse

Fraudulent refund claims, or attempts to obtain a Product and a refund, may result in suspension of your account. We reserve the right to decline refunds that do not meet the conditions above.
