Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction. The Service is not available where prohibited by law.

2. Accounts

You sign in using a supported identity provider (e.g. Google, GitHub, or an email sign-in link). You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in method secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@infralabs.store of any unauthorized use.

3. Products & Digital Goods

The Service sells digital goods and access — including online accounts, email addresses, proxies, and access to third-party services (“Products”). Products are delivered electronically as credentials or access data. Product descriptions, availability, and prices may change at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any Product.

4. Wallet & Payments

Purchases are paid from an internal USD wallet balance. You fund your wallet using supported cryptocurrency payment methods through a third-party payment processor. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible; once a deposit is confirmed on-chain and credited, it cannot be reversed by us. Wallet balance is used solely to purchase Products and has no cash value outside the Service.

Prices are shown in USD and are recomputed server-side at checkout; the amount debited from your wallet is authoritative. You are responsible for any network/transaction fees charged by the payment processor or blockchain.

5. Delivery

Products are delivered electronically to your order page once the order is fulfilled. Some Products are delivered instantly; others may require manual processing and are marked accordingly. Delivery is considered complete when the credentials or access data are made available to you.

6. Refunds

Because Products are digital goods delivered electronically, all sales are final once credentials or access data have been revealed to you. Refunds are available only where an order was paid but not delivered, or where a delivered Product is verifiably defective, as described in our Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service or any Product to:

• violate any applicable law or regulation;
• engage in fraud, spam, phishing, malware distribution, or unauthorized access to any system;
• infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others; or
• engage in any activity that is abusive, deceptive, or harmful to third parties.

You are solely responsible for how you use Products after delivery, including compliance with the terms of any third-party platform. We do not endorse or take responsibility for your downstream use.

8. Disclaimers

The Service and all Products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that any Product will remain functional, accessible, or fit for your intended purpose after delivery.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of infralabs.store (an individual sole proprietor) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Product giving rise to the claim.

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive activity, or where required by law or by our payment processor.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes take effect when posted on this page, with the “Last updated” date revised. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
